There are some animals that can survive under immensely tough conditions - blazing hot desert sands, freezing cold and bitter winds, or seriously high pressure, and no oxygen environments. These adaptations allow them to occupy a niche that no one else does, which is their strategy for long term survival. Our desert tortoise Lulu comes to class this week to demonstrate the adaptations it takes to live happily in the dry African grasslands and desert.

When I was in 6th grade, we have been taught about the ability of the animals to adapt with its environment. It remembered how the fact amazes me to the point that I have done my own version of research about it. I asked many people about it and then had some answers that really satisfied me. It is really amazing how these animals are able to survive tough conditions. I think they have been given this skill for them to be able to live longer.

Also, most of the women in those pictures are wearing makeup. Really great examples of beautifully done light/nautiural makeup looks. I don't think being into less heavy makeup is really much of a statement, either. It just means you are intelligent and understand moderation in all things. How come I'm not applauded for my moderate intake of alcohol? I'm so brave.

Nature is genius indeed! All the human history we are mocking her with our inventions. Only one thing where human achieved more than nature is the speed of progress. I mean evolutions of human inventions. We are sneak peaking at the mechanics of nature and trying to do the same thing but with our hands. How much time did tortoise needed to receive its shell? For comparison how fast we are, with all the cars, houses etc.
